BentBucks provides a verified digital wallet for secure online transactions. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: engaging in illegal activity, transmitting objectionable material, impersonating BentBucks or other users, interfering with the Service, or engaging in fraudulent payment activities including unauthorized chargebacks.

5. BentBucks as a Credit System

BentBucks operates as a credit system designed solely for purchasing content from platforms that accept BentBucks. It is not a peer-to-peer money transfer service, bank, or financial institution. Credits can only be used on BentArt, BentModels, BentVox, and BentGame. They cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to external payment methods. All transactions are final once confirmed.

6. Fees

BentBucks may charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by BentBucks or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
