5. BentBucks as a Credit System
BentBucks operates as a credit system designed solely for the purpose of purchasing content (such as photos and videos) from websites and platforms that accept BentBucks as a payment method. BentBucks is **not** designed, nor should it be used, as a mechanism to exchange funds directly between individual users. Funds held in your BentBucks wallet represent credits for use within the BentBucks ecosystem for content acquisition and are not a substitute for traditional currency or a peer-to-peer money transfer service. We are not a bank or a financial institution, and funds held in your BentBucks wallet are not insured by any government agency.
BentBucks credits are specifically for content acquisition and are not connected to any payout services. These credits can only be used to purchase content on platforms such as BentArt, BentModels, BentVox, and BentGame. They cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to external payment methods.
All transactions are final once confirmed. BentBucks is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers regarding the quality, delivery, or legality of goods or services exchanged. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate transactions or accounts if we suspect fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity, or any use of BentBucks inconsistent with its intended purpose as a content credit system.
